Salma @ Helium

Salma is a young Tunisian interior designer who has always had a passion about bringing interiors to life.

After studying interior design at the ESSTeD (école supérieure des sciences et technologies du design) in Tunis, she decided to launch her own small business.

Helium currently is responsible for jazzing up of a number of homes locally in Tunis, and Blue Camel were fortunate enough to stumble upon some of these treasures during a visit to the town.

Salma is also passionate about passing on her love of design to the next generation, and enjoys teaching young children about arts and crafts. Her beautiful products range from handmade candles to soft furnishings and often bring a modern twist to original Tunisian designs.
